Automating Adobe Illustrator / Vector Files for Print

We are looking for someone to help build a solution to automate personliation of vector files created in Adobe Illustrator
The files have a standard set design and are A4 in size (all created in vectors), the file is personalised with a "to name" and a "from name" from two fields of data from a MySQL database
We currently copy and paste the names manually to the file and save out - however we are looking for an expandable solution where we can feed the data into the file, and save out automatically - speeding up the process drastically
We are looking for someone who understands the project and help provide a solution. Please ask any questions or for examples of the file to test with.
