Database with Report function

SERVER Server needs to run Asterisk and MySQL. Asterisk will need to be set up as a post office on the server to receive SMS texts immediately. Asterisks will be integrated with email services to send the received data (from app or text) to Access or SQL server which will translate data that is sent from text into searchable format in the database. The database must translate pre-arranged data sequences separated by asterisks (*) into usable report data based upon the data position within the asterisks. USER The user will feed the database information by texting a particular format. We will also need an app that scans a code, allows entry into multiple boxes, and then sends to the database using an SMS or email relay. The SMS side will work as follows: 1. Open SMS 2. Type the pre-arranged data sequence, separated by asterisks (*): 3. Send Text Message 4. Rinse and Repeat FRONT END Front end will be written in HTML and CSS (to enable subscribers to log in and use) or PHP. Clients will go to [login to view URL] (example only) to log in. Based on user account used for login, it will need to access the assigned database. The front end will have various fields with drop down boxes or search fields. All searches will generate a CSV or PDF file (user choice) which may be viewed, printed or emailed directly from the front end. All data will be fed in directly through SMS and the app. The data must be displayed attractively in the browser complete with labels which I will provide, and the downloaded CSV/PDF must also be nicely displayed and easy to read. This will need to have the ability to create databases for new users with the pre arranged fields, and allow the user to customize further fields. Users will be licensing this server based upon number of users, so it will need a quick and easy setup of new users from the signup page and from admin. Final server will be provided for hosting the completed project. Username and password will be provided for FTP access and setup. App does not need to be included at this time. If not included, I will post a new job later for the app.
