My database has millions of records which need to be updated. To do this, we need to connect to our VPN service, rotate our location, perform the task, write the results back to the database and move on to the next record. I don't have a preference of how this is written, but the VPS we'll use will be on CentOS. We also will be using ExpressVPN. I DO NOT ACCEPT AUTOMATED BIDS. You must Include the phrase "AttentionToDetail" in your proposal or else I will reject it.
