I have worked on vicidial for Air21 so I am sure it has the most dirty code :D I can work on this project if you can afford me. I understand the requirement as you want a special form and send email based on agent's call disposition.. then agent can choose the customer status and put customer name, email etc etc and email will be sent to customer.. thank you
