This is a pilot application for a project I am developing.
iPhone/iPad application which would be distributed on the AppStore.
The application should prompt the user to login and then download a list of products via SOAP/Rest/XML web services and maintain a local copy of the products. The webservices are already be and will be provided.
The application should have a catalog of images of products sorted by category. The user should be able to tap on a picture and place an order of the product which would be sent via web services.
The application would need to read QR codes and barcodes, I was thinking of using the RedLaser SDK unless you have other suggestions. Once the SKU has been read, the application should open the order form of the item scanned.
Once an order is places, the GPS coordinates should be sent along the order.
