Hi have a plex sotware installed on my Qnap NAS and my Amaxon Alexa can't reach the server due to this error: The Plex Skill needs to be able to remotely access your Plex Media Server in order to work properly. Please verify that Settings > Server > Remote Access is enabled in the Plex Web App. You can also find more information about Remote Access at [login to view URL] Checkout more about the Plex Skill by visiting [login to view URL] Basically the remote access is not working on my plex, there are many instructions to how to fix it but I'm busy and can't spend time in this. You need to know how to configure my router and do port forwarding, you can connect to my pc via teamviewer.
