Two-Domain Email Migration & DNS

I’ve already created the mailboxes with my new host, but both domains are still pointing to Netscan because I’m unsure which MX, SPF and other TXT records need to change. All existing mail is safely backed up, and I hold full DNS access at both the old and new providers, so you can jump straight into the technical work. Here’s what I need from you: • Audit the current DNS zones for the two domains • Create or adjust the required MX, SPF, DKIM and any supporting TXT records so mail routes to the new provider without disruption • Update the zones in the respective control panels and monitor propagation • Confirm that sending and receiving work flawlessly in Outlook once the switch completes • Provide a short, plain-English summary of what was changed so I have clear documentation for future reference The sooner we can complete the cut-over, the better, and I’m online to supply credentials and test results in real time.
