See attached job description with full details ************* Podcast Production Assistant – NotebookLM + Spotify (Recurring) I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to handle the production of a personal podcast on a recurring basis. The work is straightforward and requires no editorial judgment – just attention to detail and quick turnaround. ## What you'll do For each email I send you (3–10 per week), you will: 1. Add the linked articles, attached PDFs or pasted text as sources in a shared **NotebookLM** notebook 2. Generate an audio overview in Danish using preset focus instructions I provide 3. Download the m4a file and upload it as a new episode to my **Spotify for Creators** account 4. Generate the episode title and description via a NotebookLM prompt I provide 5. Publish immediately – no review round needed Episodes, sources and audio files are numbered consecutively (001, 002, …). I'll provide a clear written workflow and all access. ## Time and volume - **Time per episode:** under 15 minutes - **Volume:** 3–10 episodes per week - **Turnaround:** hours, not days (no need to publish instantly – meetings, sleep etc. are fine) ## Requirements - Organized and reliable - Comfortable with web tools (NotebookLM, Spotify for Creators) - Able to act quickly during the day on incoming emails - No subject-matter background required – this is production, not editorial work - Danish language skills are **not** required (the audio is generated automatically) ## To apply Please include: - A short introduction - **Your fixed price per published episode** - How quickly you typically expect to act on incoming emails Looking forward to hearing from you.
