Descripción de empleo<br /><br />'- Respond and Solve the tickets as per the corresponding severity.<br />- Interact with different teams, like other Functionals teams and technical teams, when it's requiered their involvement to fix the issues.<br />- Interact with the final users and keep them inform about the progress of the issues<br />- Perform Issues troubleshooting, Configuration, Functional Specifications and Unit testing<br />- Follow SOX Compliance.<br />- Report time and effort spent accurately<br />- Provide necessary inputs for status, based on activities assigned and raise issues/concerns to the lead on time <br />- Contribute towards updating knowledge assets, applies knowledge management principles in carefully documenting functionality, defect resolution logs, etc.<br />- Participate in internal Knowledge Transfer.<br /><br />Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados<br /><br /><br />-Must have sound knowledge of Security/Authorization in SAP<br /><br />- User Master Data (User ,role,User groups,validity dates)<br />-Basic funtions in Security (User /Role creation modification) <br />-Deep understanding on troubleshooting issues,related audit processes for firefighter procedures.<br />- Experience /Knowledge on SOX Compliance.<br />- Experience with internal/external audits<br />-Experience with handling troubleshooting Security issues for ECC,APO,BI/BW,HR,GRC,PC,PI<br />-Audit control execution/compliance<br />-Recommendation in process changes,enhancment in IDM tool<br />-Lead the yearly SAP License audits and work on action items<br />- Should be able to work with teams across multiple geographies and mentor team as needed.<br />- Should have worked in production support environments<br />-Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
