Desarrollador en ASP.NET

Estamos buscando un Desarrollador ASP.NET que será el responsable del desarrollo e implementación de nuestras aplicaciones web. The Developer in ASP.NET will work out the development framework and implement the functional design provided to him/her according to the guidelines provided by the Lead developer.. The Developer in ASP.NET will also take the lead in the unit and integration testing activities of the Program. EXPERIENCE o The successful candidate should have a proven hands-on lead development experience of at least 3 years. o Expert in ASP.NET, C#, XML, CSS, AJAX, Webforms o Full life-cycle experience using ASP.NET framework (C# and VB) is preferred o Experience developing ASP.NET all the way through to the Database side o Expert with Data Structures, Collections, and Design Patterns o Experience with Continuous Integration and writing automated unit and integration tests. o Agile Development Lifecycle o Knowledge of SQL Server (Reporting Service, Integration Service and Database service, and complex stored procedures will be advantage) o Good knowledge of UML and capable of documenting the technical solutions within UML; o Experienced in working with JUnit (unit test and integration tests) and knowledge of TDD (test driven development) o Component orientation (the architecture is composed out of components wired by spring) o Experienced in developing Eclipse o Good knowledge of ANT o Basis knowledge of Weblogic (8) o Dimensions NON-TECHNICAL SKILL PREREQUISITES: o have a project-driven hence goal-directed, flexible and positive attitude, adhering to formalization when appropriate, but at the same time open and flexible to new ideas and insights when appropriate; o be sufficiently flexible to not refrain from writing deliverables himself/herself when sourcing gaps or time constraints necessitate this; o be able to cope with stressful situations, and to work against deadlines and within budget and resource constraints; o while working language can also be Dutch, a good command of French (use case model is written in French) as well as English (to communicate with off-shore/near-shore resources) is essential; o be willing to commit for a period of at least 1 year; o be willing to work full-time and on-site in Brussels ADDITIONAL SKILLS CONSIDERED AS ASSETS: o Knowledge on Struts, JBC,JSTL, Servlets and JSP-specification (2.3 and 2.4) o Eclipse WTP o Knowledge of J2SE and J2EE o Knowledge Spring and Hibernate (for the middle-tier, stuff like services, DAO, Transactions, Spring AOP has no secrets) o Functional knowledge of insurance, and especially P&C
