Odoo online business system setup

Job Description:
This is a new implementation for our business, we are currently having training with Odoo consultant but it’s setup / progress is very slow. We need an expert to help us set up Odoo and modify apps to suit our business model. We are a control systems engineering company, requiring 100,000 of parts in the inventory and bill of material imports from excel via ePlan, through to sending rfq / po to multiply vendors.
We will be using the full suite including accounts which we need help migrating from QuickBooks into Odoo,
