Odoo WhatsApp Message Automation

I need custom code that lets Odoo talk fluently with WhatsApp so that two key interactions run on autopilot: • An order-confirmation message goes out the moment an order hits “Sale Order”. • A smart auto-reply is triggered any time a customer sends a WhatsApp message to our business number. Both flows must be built on the official WhatsApp Business API (already connected to odoo) I’m undecided on whether each sales channel, product type, or customer segment should get its own template, so I’ll rely on your guidance to design the right context logic and template structure. Whatever the final approach, the solution has to let me attach PDFs (invoices, quotations, tickets, etc.) or other small files along with the text when needed. Deliverables: 1. Installable Odoo module with documented source code. 2. Template setup for the two message types, including file-attachment support. 3. Clear README or short video walkthrough that shows how to add new templates and map them to events. 4. Test script or steps I can run to confirm the automation works end-to-end.
