I am launching a new premium supplements brand. I'm looking for a packaging designer who can create something genuinely distinctive in a category where almost everything looks the same. The design needs to feel sophisticated, trustworthy, and premium without being sterile or aggressive. Here's the honest challenge: we are asking you to make a plastic pack of white powder - the most commodity product in the supplement industry - feel like something worth paying a premium for. The powder inside is, at the molecular level, indistinguishable from dozens of competitors. The packaging is an important thing that makes our product different from a shopper's perspective until they've tried it and read the reviews that do not yet exist. To be straightforward - what I'm looking for isn't someone with thousands of completed packaging projects or thousands of five-star reviews. I'm looking for someone who can challenge what the supplement market expects packaging to look like. That takes creative vision, not just experience. Our logo is finished, and we will share it with you once we have applied to register it. The brand guidelines are, for the time being, a dynamic document, and we can share them once we have reached an agreement. If you are interested, please share just one example of your best desgins that is close to our idea: packaging desgin, as a piece of art, genuinely distinctive in any context.

Do you want the packaging to feel more like a luxury lifestyle product (akin to skincare or fragrance) or a refined scientific product (clean, credible, research-led), so we can intentionally break away from typical supplement visuals? What packaging format are you committed to (tub, pouch, sachets), and are there any constraints around materials, finishes, or sustainability that should guide the design direction? Where will the product primarily compete—retail shelf, Amazon/e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer—so we can prioritize either bold shelf presence or subtle, high-end digital appeal? I’m available for a quick call to explore bold creative directions and define how we can make this product feel truly premium and differentiated—just share a time that works for you.

Hi, this brief stands out. Making a commodity product feel premium is less about decoration and more about creating a strong visual idea that breaks category patterns while still building trust. Work has included packaging where the goal was to elevate simple products through concept driven design rather than typical supplement clichés. The approach here would focus on a distinctive visual language, refined typography, and a controlled palette that feels sophisticated yet memorable, something that looks like a designed object rather than just another label. The aim is to create packaging that feels like a piece of art on shelf while still communicating clarity and credibility. Hello, In a supplement market where every tub looks identical at first glance, the real challenge is not designing packaging that fits in, but creating something that makes people stop, trust it, and believe it is worth a premium price before they even read the label. Your product may be chemically similar to competitors, but perception is built entirely through design, and that is where the opportunity lies. I will approach this by treating your packaging less like standard supplement labeling and more like a premium consumer brand object, where typography, spacing, material feel, and visual hierarchy work together to create distinction without aggression or clutter. The goal is to build a visual identity that feels refined, credible, and modern, while breaking away from the typical supplement “clinical or loud” aesthetic. The design direction will focus on restraint, clarity, and subtle confidence so your product feels elevated on a shelf and online before any claims are even read. I can share one of my strongest relevant packaging concepts upon request. Please come over chat and discuss your requirement in a detailed way.

Hi, My approach would be to treat the packaging less like a supplement jar and more like a designed object. That means controlled typography, strong hierarchy, minimal but deliberate color use, and a form language that feels considered from a distance and rewarding up close. The goal is to create something that doesn’t compete on noise but stands out through clarity and presence. I’d focus on: • A visual identity that signals trust without looking generic • Subtle premium cues instead of loud claims • A system that can scale across products while staying distinctive I’ll share one example that reflects this direction — a packaging design built to stand out as an object, not just a label. If this aligns with what you’re aiming for, I’d be interested in shaping this into something genuinely different for your brand.
