I need a complete hardware design for an ESP32-C6 Dual CAN carrier board that will sit at the heart of a new communication device. The board must do three things: • Data logging – capture and store CAN messages locally. • Wireless communication – push that data over Wi-Fi 6 / BLE without relying on an external gateway. • Sensor integration – leave headers or footprints that let me tap additional lines and inject CAN messages from attached sensors. At this stage I am looking for a finished set of design files: schematic, clean PCB layout, BOM with part numbers that are actually in stock, and the usual Gerber/ODB++ outputs so my fabricator can run a quick prototype. You’re free to work in KiCad, Altium, or another mainstream tool as long as the final files are open for future edits. A few non-negotiables: • Dual CAN transceivers must be isolated from the ESP32-C6 core to protect the MCU. • On-board 3 V3 LDO or buck supply sized for worst-case wireless burst current. • USB-C for power and initial flashing. • Test pads that expose both CAN buses, the ESP32 JTAG lines, and a spare UART. If you can show prior work on CAN or ESP32 hardware that will help me move quickly. I have designed many products with CAN. I believe it's better to use all the waveshare ESP module and rest everything on board soldered directly and with a better buck regulator for efficiency. I will design it with all 3D models and share the STEP file along with PCB Design files. STEP file will help you 3D print nice casing in case you have a plan for that. I will use KiCad 9.0.9 or Kicad 10.0.3 both are free EDA. If you want fully assembled board, I can get them manufactured very cheaply from China and delivered at your door step. Design is very easy, but time involvement to properly do the design is a bit time consuming, specially making the design with all 3D Models. Hope this makes sense.
