Senior Penetration Tester (Red Team)

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced penetration testers specializing in red teaming to join our dynamic team of professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct advanced penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in computer systems, networks, and applications. Perform red teaming exercises to simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs). Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences. Collaborate with blue team to enhance detection and response capabilities. Provide actionable recommendations to improve security posture. Qualifications: Proven experience in penetration testing and red teaming. Certifications: OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert), or equivalent certifications are required. Knowledge in various domains, including network security, application security, mobile security, and cloud security. Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash. Familiar with security frameworks, standards, and best practices. Knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment techniques. Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of commitment and focus. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
