Need to Develop Scriptlance, RAC Clone & Marketing for It with SEO.

I need someone who can develop a clone of scriptlance or GAF. I bought the CGI script from scriptlance owners but its just a basic script. I didnt get any customer support from them. Now i am looking for someone who can develop this site for me. Only those people must bid who allready have experience in developing the site. You should also be able to do SEO fro this site. I need someone who can market this site as well. You will also be responsible for add or refer as many as buyer you can. I will pay for the project and web completion but will pay for the marketing once i see the results. Good Luck !
