This is pretty easy work. Not creative. Just simple and repetitive production.
See attached Example. Click on the "High Resolution Link". Download the photo. Using Photoshop, Illustrator or some other Adobe editor, crop and add the photo inside the square so the cooked food product or the food package (it will be one or the other) is inside the border above the link by about 1/8 inch either vertically or horizontally.
For example, this photo (attached PDF example) shows the main food product "BBQ Bacon Chicken Bites". The food itself is wider than it is higher. So the photos should be resized and cropped so that the bacon is about 1/8" from the left and right sides. The distance from the top and bottom will vary but the product should be centered top to bottom.
Where photos show product that is taller than it is wider, it should be resized and cropped so that the bacon is about 1/8" from the top and bottom.
The grey border should stay visible.
The photo should be 300 DPI. Export as a PDF with the same name. It's very important that links remain active and text should still be accessible for search/copy. Upload to a shared Google Drive.
This will be an on-going job. Likely only a few hours a week. Not every week.
