I want to create a website similar to [login to view URL] and I can see many freelancer had awarded similar project (as quoted below) and wonder how much that would cost me as you have already created one before? " I need a ratemyprofessor or ratemyteacher type. I will be dealing with universities so people need to be able to search by university.
