I am creating a site where people can request information, search for amenities and specials. Need the following things: #1: EMAIL FORMS 1) Brochure Request People fill in a basic form, all hotels with check marks by their name will receive the form by email. Extras on the Brochure Form a) By default, the checkbox ALL is selected and all hotels receive the email request for brochure (this is removed if anybody checks any particular hotels) b) In addition, each hotel that is listed has three sections that is needed besides it's name (and checkbox) 1) Link to website (opens in a new window) 2) Quick Info Link (opens in a pop-up window 400 by 400 - taken from admin section - see below) 3) Link to their property specials (opens in a pop-up window - this info is taken from the specials section - see below) c) Everytime a brochure request form is sent out, the admin and property stats section of site is updated with some info (see below) 2) Vacation Request Form People fill out a form and the form is sent to all properties (the properties the form is sent to are added in the admin section) Extras for Vacation Quote a) Everytime a vacation request form is sent out, the admin and property stats section of site is updated with some info (see below) 3) Golf Quote Form People fill out a form and the form is sent to all properties/agencies (the list the form is sent to are added in the admin section) Extras for Golf Quote a) This form is two parts, the basic info first part then a goto page two button and the second part of form comes up and then can submit the form from the second page b) Everytime a golf request form is sent out, the admin and property stats section of site is updated with some info (see below) -------------------------- #2: AMENITY SEARCH Basic form that people choose amenities from a check box form and click the search button. The results list all properties that meets the criteria searched for. On thew results page comes up the property name, address, phone number and link to website (new window when clicked on), quick info (pop-up window with basic info) and specials (pop-up window) -------------------------- #3: SPECIALS This section is the most complicated one. There are three parts to this section. When specials are viewed, the special info comes up along with link to web site (new window) and also a quick info link (pop-up window) a) Special Search by Specific Business This allows a person to click on either view specials by particular type (golf/lodging) or by a particular individual company. b)Special Search Someone can search specials (all, golf or lodging) by specific dates - start date and end date. (The dates are determined when a company inputs the specials) -------------------------- #4: INTRANET FOR CUSTOMERS This is where companies update their info, specials etc. When a property/tour/golf agency is added by admin (see below) an intranet is created with links to the various sections the admin has given each property - the intranet can contain the following things (all determined by admin - see below) a) Need a section for them to input specials (add, edit and delete). The specials must have a name field, start date field, end date field (and is automatically removed from database on the end date) and description field. Html is allowed in the form field b) Brochure, Golf, Vacation Request (each of these would be different links) Basic stats of how many brochure requests, golf requests and vacation requests that they receive. The info presented is the day a requested was made, the name, adress, city, state and email address of all inquires. Also need stats for the number of times their quick info page was viewed -------------------------- #5: ADMIN INTRANET This is where the admin adds new properties/agencies, etc. The following areas/things are needed. a) When a new customer is entered, have an individual page for each customer that includes 1) Allow/not allow them to have the brochure, golf, vacation request form 2) Allow/not allow them to have amenity search 3) Allow/not allow them to have updateable/searchable specials 4) Enter basic info (name, address, phone, web site, email, etc.) 5) Amenity search info (check the boxes for what amenities they have) 6) Quick Info (allow some paragraphs of words to be typed up and photos to be entered) Takes the contact info (from #4 above). The quick info page is static and looks the same for all properties b) Stats section Be able to see stats for all individual properties (number of requests for brochures, etc.) - along with assocciated info c) DO NOT NEED AN EMAIL PROGRAM but need a place if people left send email on the requests form (or sign up for email through another form) have their name and email address
