Portrait Gallery and purchasing System

I am looking to develop an online photo gallery and purchasing system for a photography studio. Similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] This system will need to upload, resize, watermark images. It will need to be able to price and sell the images individually as well as in packages. Figure in discounts and change packaages on the fly. Multiple "skins" for the pages as well. Customers will be able to log into their own password protected area (or open if I choose) to view and buy images. When new events are listed they will show on the main pages as well as be searchable. I would prefer the managment program to be a client program rather than a web interface for ease, control and security purposes. Reports of sales and image collections would be in the main managment console , along with reporting features. Will run on MS Server 2003 and SQL Server 2000 More details to follow. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Server 2003 SQL 2000
