Rehearsal booking system

I have a client who runs a Rehearsal Studio with 15 kitted rooms for bands and musicians. It is a new project in its 2nd successful year and they now require an at-the-door windows based booking system running on access database. Rooms are booked by the hour at 2 rates - a day rate and an evening rate. They will need to add other rates and amend rates at any time. They need a simple to use colour coded graphic display of each weeks bookings and be able to get details of the client with one click on the booking information. This will handle block bookings at discounts, cancelled bookings chargeable, cancelled bookings not chargeable, daily print out of week or month showing bookings, account reports, arrears reminders, equipment hire charges, equipment, refreshments, other purchases. Historical reporting to show client trends and patterns for future retail planning. The software needs to be networkable with admin definable areas for different levels of access - from receptionist to company financial controller working from home. Will need to be web-based when the company open another studio in another UK city. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000 / XP TCP/IP ASP (when 2nd Studio opens)
