Twitter Clone with own touch

Ok guys we need well im not going to say clone

But a site like twitter the main differences we will need to see is as follows

members also have a profile space like myspace, facebook, bebo etc so they can add videos custom backrounds and all. The main interface when they login wil be like twitter but they will have an extra link to view edit there profile and people will be able to view there profile when they click on there name. People will also be able to upload pictures with there tweets and music files so if they have made a song and want to tweet it they could write "listen to this" and then a little play button next to there tweet

URLS will be able to be submitted and on the home page there will be a display of the 20 most popular tweets and the 20 newest tweets, and on every tweet there will be a digg like button so people can vote them like digg and bury them.

Other than that i would like a professional looking site like [url removed, login to view]

But I would like all the functionality that twitter has, including sending messages to the site directly from the site, from cell phone, from email, from instant messager, they should be allowed to add friends and view what their friends are doing and be updated when their friends updated, etc.

Essentially, it needs to do EXACTLY what twitter does, plus my little extra

It should also be able to handle a heavy load

Please do not bid if you are not 100% you can do this.

Please also note must have a powerful backend and the API must be good and accesable

This script must not be sold to anyone else apart from us we will own full rights and we will also need monthly maintentance prices can be arranged for that
