Classified ads modification and some error fix

Ive got an rdy made classified ads site just like [url removed, login to view] I need some specific modifications done and some minor error fixed.
1. On index page. I want specific search field to show like search for, category, area, adtyp like(all ads, sell, buy, for rental. You can se example at [url removed, login to view]
2. I want to change place so newest ads show above categories and not as it is right now where the categories are at top.
