Screen Capturing into AVI

I need a control (ocx) that will record the screen into an avi. The control should cater for the following properties: 1. Left, Top, Width and Height that indicate the area which will be recorded. 2. Number of screen shots per second (even 0.5, that indicates 1 every 2 secs). 3. Quality of screen shot (ie. 1 bit, 4, 8 , 16 etc) 4. Filename The control should have the following methods: 1. StartRecording 2. StopRecording (I think those explain themselves) Now, I only need serious bids. I have managed to make such a control, however it wasted system resources majorly. The user should not see a difference in performance of the pc whether the control is being used or not. Please note, that i will NOT accept any such control (since I already have made my own). I once again am stressting that the control must not take up resources. I would appreciate it if you could send a demo of this control.
