Web designer cum programmer

We need the talents of both a Web Designer and a Web Developer.  This person will be responsible for the look and feel of our startup website, landing pages and forms, focusing on design, usability and ease of navigation as well as the development and maintenance of back-end functionality and content management.  Essential Functions and Skills Required: ·         Solid Web Programming Skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP & MySQL, etc.) ·         Experience with Open Source CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) ·         Demonstrated knowledge of back-end programming & database optimization ·         Understanding of W3 compliance & Cross-Platform Compatibility ·         Ability to create website analytic reports & documentation ·         Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc.) ·         Proficiency in jQuery. ·         FTP & Domain name management ·         SEO/SEM/PPC and E-commerce Experience a Plus ·         Flash/Actionscript Experience a Plus ·         Design Online Marketing campaigns (E-mails, Landing pages, banners...) ·         Internet software, Photoshop, Jpeg and Dreamweaver via FTP Server Requirements: ·       Experience in creating multimedia and interactive websites ·         Excellent communication skills   Compensation: $12-15/hour How to Apply: Mail us copy of your CV/Resume and Portfolio/work examples showcasing web/interface design.
