TS Platform Phase two;
Hello, I looking for a some one that can help me finalize my I was using another coder, but I'm cannot waiting on him to start this project. The back end has been created, and runs perfectly, However this is what I need to start my phase two. This is just a breif out line of the project order. I have a complete list of items to accomplish.
Items Needs:
1: Visual redesign of webpage layouts, and colors. Want a Fresh New Internet look...catchy, easy, and functional.
2: Adding in different membership levels (free, trial, basic, stardard, premiem, and VIP),
3: Created Membership payment method and process ,using Godaddys
4: Create Blogs, chats and email for members.
5: Intergrade Payment to bank/paypal/visa
6: Create back office administration control for members and users, and Editting, updating and removing item for the Data Base
7: Create SEO Meta, and post to all search engines world wide. (google, yahoo, AOL, Ask, international one too)
8: Change all gif and logos to most current design.
9: create adverstiing portal, and administration control.
10: Create new group and press area.
11: add in Godaddy e-trust and other free tools
12: add help and other tech support tools
13: Clean up all first phase project cludder.
14: Create a remote backup system
15: Support the project, after this phase is launched...with out leaving me hanging like the last coder!
16: Document DB and website

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
