Simple PHP/MYSQL clone script

Hi i a simple duplicate of dotsio . com You do not have to design the site i will provide the design all i need is the scripting required to operate the site I have a clone of the website which i will provide to the high bidder. What i need is someone to add the php/mysql programming required to run the web site. The site uses about 5 scripts to run it. I will create the registration script. I need the high bidder to fully duplicate the my account page and make sure it has the same exact functionality. This project is quite small. I believe it should take around 15 days for a very busy programmer to complete. Note: Must use PHP/MYSQL Must use external [login to view URL] file Winner must upload completed project to a test server so i can test functionality.
