Joomla Template Creation & Customisation

**Brief:** Convert an existing site into a Joomla! template & activate with additional components within Joomla! CMS. I require this site activated ASAP; less than 4 days would be favorable. **Tasks (order of completion):** * Establish site CMS ASAP using available modules within Joomla! or other readily available solution; whichever is quickest. * Usability: consistent layout, form and button placement. Use established Joomla! usability conventions/concepts, except where I specifically tell you otherwise. * Interface: Consistent design of CMS form elements, seamless Admin template integration with existing site design. **Priorities** * ALL custom development must be documented, commented in code and in accompanying document: the what, where and how of all changes. * Easy reimplementation, for new site. * MUST USE MINIMAL SERVER RESOURCES. * Easy admin templating of Admin interface. * READ THE ATTACHED SPECS - THESE CONTAIN THE DETAILS OF THE JOB REQUIRED AND TERMS OF THIS JOB. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
