Modification to chat program

We have a chat program written by out team a while back, and need it modified. It is based on PHPLive 1.9.8 . I have included an image of the wanted appearance after the work is complete, the modifications are: 1. Make it modular so it will be easier to integrate with other parts of a site. It was created to be stand alone we now need to make it the core of a site, we are creating an online support sites for our company and it will be the core of it. 2. Change the Operator side to match the image in appearance and functionality 3. Make it able to support multiple companies at the same time by the same operators. Such as the Initiat chat, it needs to be able to initiate for multiple companies. It also needs to display the logo of the company that the user requested support from. We will answer questions, but due to confidentiality, we cannot disclose full details on open auction. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It will be run on Red Hat Linux ## Deadline information We must have weekly progress notifications, and also be able to see the actual progress
