501119 Create flash quiz. PHP--mySQL--flash--PHP

Create a flash quiz with different type of questions. Send parameters from php to mySQL, the query results are going to appear as a flash test for the user and the results are going to be stored in a table in mySQL. The history of all the tests taken by that user and results are going to appear in a grid and also in an admin panel the results for all the users are going to be viewed. WE HAVE 100'S OF EACH TYPE OF QUESTIONS IN OUR DATA BASE. We have already created the database and the admin console for creating users and passwords for them. What we want is a php web page that will have a form. From this we can send the parameters to the database and return the record results in a flash quiz. Also pass the parameters if “Submit one question at a time” or “Submit all at once” and if it is a timed quiz or not and the max time. At the end get the results and pass them to the database.
