Digital Music Distribution

Hi, I need someone who can finish a work that has already been started. The programmer has delayed and delayed and I'm fed up now. The project is a online Digital Music Distribution service called Groovegate. There is a bunch of files on the server that the current programmer has done and uploaded but after three months (for a job that was said to take 2-3 weeks) it still feels far from completed. The project could be split into 2 stages Stage 1: Urgent!!! Only bid if you can start now and work fast I need the backend admin interface created and the most important thing, me as well as labels and artists that has signed up need to be able to start upload tracks. There are 3 different admin pages needed. Superadmin, label admin and artist admin were each admin page has a certain amount of features of what you can do. Also, as a superadmin, I should be able to upload a bunch of tracks via ftp and these tracks should show up in some way in the superadmin so that I can easily attach the tracks to a label, artist and release. If it's possible to populate the database from id3 tags - great!!! Step 2: So that we can launch the site beginning January Finishing the backend admin section so that payments works and sales report can be viewed by superadmin as well as labels and artists (different report views) I will also need the database stuff to be implemented into a existing template. As I said in the beginning, there are a lot of files and functions already created although some things are still missing in order to make it a functional site. Please only bid if you can start now and work fast as this project has already been delayed 6 months because of bad programmers who don't deliver what they have said. Also, I don't have much of a budget on this one as all the cash has been supplied to the other programmers who have ripped me off. Instead we can work something out like some percentage on all future shop earnings. We have great labels signed up already and we have big plans for this service.
