Dynamic Flash Banners

Need to serve up different dynamic flash banners to different client websites. Would like to have about 10 fields in banner than can be changed from a mysql database. Fields would include: a changeable image or animation in the banner, changeable standard banner sizes, title, description, client, company, link, calculation, banner id, website id. Would need to be able to add additional banners and clients so must be scalable. Banners code will be on client’s websites but need to be able to change info on the fly when database is updated. (script could check once a day from clients site for dates). Will need management page to update database, add client id’s and banner ids etc. and a place to get generate code for client site. Also page to see statistics of banner views and click throughs. Any suggestion on best way or different way to do this is appreciated. RIA, flash, flex, action script, javascript,xml, ajax, etc.? Code must be well written and commented in detail. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
