HI, im looking for somebody who can do anything with flash and is searching for a long-term partnership with a 3D animator/modeller to help with projects. Since we have been getting more and more requests to make flash websites with our 3D touches, we are looking for a flash guy to take on projects we cant handle because of time and expertise problems Sometimes we will work together and share the profits and sometimes we will just pass on projects to you and put our name under it and pay you 80% (because we got you the project). Requirements: must be able to totally create a flash website from scratch based on description documents. - must have photoshop knowledge to create designs - must have a high knowledge of actionscripting - must be flexible and be able to work within tight deadlines - must be able to do some php/mysql to create flash sites that communicate with databases - must be reliable and a general nice guy/girl :) This is how we work: We send you a description of a project and you make a quote for your flash work then we add our own price (for 3D or other stuff) and talk about it with the client. If its ok, well pay you and you do the flash work. We now mostly get 3D projects because we havent done much flash work, but we expect to have more projects soon, because of national advertising campaigns, so it may be quiet for the first month, but then very busy. You simply are on msn or well call you when we have something and then talk about it like any other freelance project you do. One thing: We do need to make our own website and we have done most the 3D work for it, but we also need your input and ideas, consider this the test project so we can asses your skills and speed and you can see if you see any future in our partnership.
