Swish Play Once Action Script Assistance

I have a SwishMax2 project that is supposed to load a scene and play it the first time loaded. Subsequent times I want it to jump to the second scene and display the static controls only from the first scene. I've gotten the code to 90%, but it doesn't entirely work correctly and doesn't play the elements in the first scene reliably. Bottom line, this should be a simple project for a swish script guru who knows more than I do about movie/timeline control.
