Website for a Hair Salon

I need a website design for a hair salon. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU PROVIDE A LINK TO PAST DESIGNS THAT ARE SIMILAR TO THIS PROJECT IN DESIGN. The pages that we NEED are 1 a page with services 2 a page with bios and pics 3 a page that tells about the salon 4 a page for retail There might be an additional page or two The salon has a water theme. I like the pictures you see of the stop frame on drop of water. I want darker colors on the rich color side. I would like some Flash in the project but I do NOT want a flash design. The Flash should be complimentary to the project like animated headings or logo or even possibly the menu system. If possible I would like a Flash background like those on a Tivo box. The project should be done in Photoshop as I will be maintaining it afterwards. It should be delivered in ASP, HTML or .NET in other words it works on IIS and I do not want any PHP in the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IIS
