Integrate actually booking process with one with availability similar a hotel booking process

I have a script with booking on line by paypal for my tours in my site [login to view URL] and i need to improvement it similar a hotel process booking.

1. I need for a booking process similar to a hotel. I have many tours and in every tour page by my back-end i already have a field with the seat's number. I would want who people can book the tours till a maximiun number of seats i can decided, no more, so every time people books a tour for a specific day, will be decreased the number of seats for that tour for that day. For example: i have a tour in Rome available for tomorrow 25-02-2014. I have just 8 seats available for that. People can book this tour till a maximium to 8 people. After that will be appear the text “Complete” and people cannot booking more seats. This is similar to any process booking for an hotel, for example Hotel has 10 rooms and customer can book for the same day just till 10 rooms, no more.

2. Plus, every book must to be visible in my back-end.

3. For every book must to be create and sent a mail for customer (with every information about his booking, a personal code for book and every information about tour and company in a file .pdf) and and for my mail.
