Oscommerce site design modernisation

Our site is running CRELoaded/Oscommerce and what we need to do : 1. Modernize the look of existing website to look like this : [login to view URL] 2. Modernize the front page looks with top navigation bar looks like : [login to view URL] 3. Enhance the search function so customer can refine and sort search result 4. Design the graphics required for the modernisation such as buttons, icons and necessary graphics for the website 5. Selecting matching and suitable colour theme, fonts for the website 6. Implement the design to the existing website 7. Prefer to use Jquery UI
