PHP/MySQL site using Nimbb

I need a site built in php/mysql, the site will use the Nimbb API ([url removed, login to view]). Basically Nimbb API lets you to embed a javascript that allows user to record a video using the Webcam, Nimbb will store the video, return a token key. We can use the token key to embed the video for later view.

Do not bother bidding if you don't plan to spend some time studying the Nimbb API first.

The site I want will allow a Company to register an account. then, the Company can make Campaigns (a Campaign is like a job posting). each Campaign has a list of InterviewQuestions, eg "tell me about yourself", or "describe your experience with PHP". each Campaign should have a WYSIWYG editor to allow editting the description with formatting (there are many WYSIWYG editors open source you can find). after the Company creates the Campaign, there should be generated a unique URL that the Company can send to Job Seekers. when click on that URL, the Job Seeker will need to enter his/her information (or login with a previous registered account). then the Job Seeker can start answer questions using webcam (nimbb api) to record the answers. the Job Seeker will have a chance to review each answer, re-record if not satisfied, and submit when all questions are answered. the Company can then review all Campaigns, see each Job Seeker's application/answers, and categorize them (eg. mark them as Good or Bad candidate).

Some additional information:

The Company should be able to search for Campaign (based on Campaign name) or Job Seeker (based on his/her name).

For the Job Seeker he/she can use Facebook/Linkedin to login instead.

For each answer there should be a "# of seconds" limitation so we can tell Nimbb API how long this video answer is maximum.

I can accept pure PHP or with some light framework (eg. codeigniter). We can discuss.

I need this site to be done in ~7 days. If you cannot show me progress Everyday, then do Not bid, because I will not listen to your "Sick", "Computer broke", "Family emergency" excuses and I will file a dispute. Make sure you are able to provide me with a schedule and stick to the schedule 100% of the time.

I will be using a Github repository for source code management (alternatively I need to see a .sql and .zip file of all work on daily basis)

You can either use your own server or I will provide you with a server (SSH or FTP).

This project will need many new functions later, so I am looking for someone to deliver good work for a long term relationship. If we work well with eachother, I definitely see a lot of more work for you in the future.
