Real Estate Website(repost)

I would like a coder to simply use the Point 2 Agent software and design a website from my current site: [[url removed, login to view]][1] and make it look sort of like this for adding MLS reciprocity and being able to search different cities by myself providing the codes from the Real Estate Board like: [[url removed, login to view]][2] and seperate into different cities.

Also I want to add a software like: <[url removed, login to view]> where you can add maps and floorplans and know where to get the software for it.

I need a person with experience in dealing with Real Estate websites and knowing how to implent and market specifically Real Estate sites.

I would also like SEO service to market the site and move up in the Google rankings for my servicing area of Richmond & Vancouver, B.C. Also I need linking services.

I need a logo designed and a total of 4 websites need to be built but all the software is provided with Point 2 Agent free websites.

It's going to be my personal website and 3 Condo websites built. Total of 3 websites need to be designed which is simple because the point2agent provides the whole layout and pages as all I need is for someone to design and put everything together.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
