New cataloging website w/ integrated forum

Need to create a non profit site for collectors. Main feature will be an integrated forum. When loging into the site they will need to log into the forum them self. Then they will need specific sections for them to upload for trade and search sections. And a catalog that users can upload images and catalogs. Attached a sample ppt presentation with the structure. I will provide bot the graphics and the domain. Also the webspace (linux) and the MySQL database. Project can be done in about 3 weeks.
