Clickbot & 2 related Websites

The idea is to set up a website, offering users to download and to get paid to use a software running in the background on their computer, a form of pay-to-click program. The program is a custom click bot that receives instructions about what sites to visit and what links to click, from a central server. Users get paid for the time the program uses their computer or amount of websites visited (have to work out that detail as we go along). The script has to be running in the background, must be able to measure activity, and produce hits on targeted websites, and it should look like an organic human click in the eyes of Google. Only 1 click per user/day would be allowed/site. A user could of course visit many different sites every day without it looking suspicious. Suggestions needed from you on what tech. to use for the script. Do we need a modified open source webbrowser or can the script run in the background without presenting anything visual to the user other then a red and green light and a meter of how much money have been made by the user? The technical part of this is yours to be creative with since I´m not very tech-savvy. If it´s not possible to do a script that is automated, a webbrowser which gives instructions on what to click, and monitors that the user actually follows the instructions would be needed. The central server has to record and monitor that the users program are doing what they are supposed to do and keep track of how much time the users have been using the program.. It will also need to handle the administration of visits to the script so that it would be possible to make more money using the script the more you are online.. It should handle automated payments to users who reach a fixed amount. The other part of this project is a separate website, selling traffic to webmasters, high quality traffic, with the amount of clicks generated guaranteed. Traffic would be sold in amounts of clicks. The traffic would come from different IP´s from all over the world, no more then 1 click/day/user. It would probably be undected by Google if done correctly. Selling clicks shouldn´t be a legal problem, but buying this service might be a problem for a user that has signed the Google Adsense TOS.. So avoiding detection would be number one priority. Payment and ordering the traffic services has to be included in the system as well as a nice visual presentation on the website.. The two websites and the script should be working 100% together before launch.. The number of users running the script is important, but doesn´t have to be very big for it to work and start generating money quite quickly. There should be a user forum connected to the first site for people to discuss their earnings and show that it is possible to make money from this..
