Custome email tracking and Appointment Scheduling

Need a email(lead) tracking and custom sceduling application. Please review the files attached and post any questions. Everything should be pretty clear. Application must be in PHP & mySQL. Need a tiny script to copy some data to another application done in .NET. Its not a must, I can have somebody else do it. Please sepcify if you can also do the .NET or not, and make sure you specify if thats included in your bid. 1) DEADLINE: April 30.
