This project is the implementation of a newly designed website for [url removed, login to view] consisting of a public website of approximately 40 pages built within an easily maintained Dreamweaver template framework.
The website will includes several integration points with Fellowship One for a variety of forms (Contact Us, Life Group registration, event registration) operating through OAuth authentication ([url removed, login to view]).
Custom database driven PHP pages will also be created to display and administer church events.
The project’s graphic design will be implemented using graphics files provided. Some initial layout work has also been done by a non-professional in Dreamweaver, which includes a template and the start of some Library files. These files are a starting point only.
1. Implementation of approximately forty pages
o Fit into customized templates utilizing editable regions for easy updating.
o Complete verbiage content for all pages to be retrieved from current CoolChurch website, or to be provided.
2. Integration with Fellowship One
o To utilize same look and feel as the rest of the website.
o Contact Us interest form.
o List and search Life Groups, and Join a Life Group form.
o Event registration form.
o Give online form.
o Login with Fellowship One authorization service.
3. Media Integration
o Utilize 3rd party technology such as Vimeo to be determined.
o Includes live service streaming, service archive, CoolChurch radio archive.
4. Events listing page, and Event details page
o To be sortable by month, ministry and campus.
o Event search via single input to search on multiple event fields.
o Each event to include a date and time, title, introduction text, description text, picture or video, media dimensions, contact information, and registration applicability.
o Event detail page to feature media with complete details.
o All event pages to link to and integrate with Fellowship One event registration form when applicable.
5. Administration for management of the website
o Includes a page to manage all events in database with the ability to edit and delete existing events, create new events, and upload a picture and video for an event.
• Graphics, layout, fonts, and colors to be controlled with CSS around a simple HTML framework compatible on both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Dynamic content and web forms to be scripted with PHP.
• Linux hosting to include MySQL database.
• To be designed for browser compatibility with:
