Need some urgent fixes to template, new extensions, virtuemart flypages and cart fixes

Person must speak good English and communicate promptly There will be more work after this initial part is done (Migrating current site to latest Joomla, Virtuemart, SEO, more modules etc.. I will likely choose someone who does a good job on this initial job. I am looking to work with this developer for a long time. No Joomal or VM core changes (unless needed ask me first). No extensions or modules that you have to pay every month to keep. All new modules and extensions must be upgradable to latest version of Joomla and virtuemart. I am currently using: Version 1.5.26 and Virtuemart 1.1.9 an plan to migrate to Joomal 2.5 and latest stable version of Virtuemart. I will give a high rating if job is completely done to my satisfaction. 1. Problem is the background of the template here: [login to view URL] on every page is split, if you notice the logo in the middle at the top (Herbal Lodge) has a white line vertical line through it, This needs to be fixed so the split is not seen. Some customers have reported they cannot move the arrows up and down or enter in the number the want in the child product box seen here: [login to view URL] What I would like is for those boxes to work with perhaps a new extension like this (in the same location as now with same info: [login to view URL] The above extension is called catproduct: [login to view URL] Or perhaps you know of a better one to use for this purpose? 3. I would like the front of the store (meaning a picture of all products with text underneath (ad to cart, description) that link directly to more product info) to appear on the front page. Like this: [login to view URL] First row would be Minagin - Natural Pain Relief, Nojmuk - Dry Skin Relief, and Shkitagan Tea Second row would be headache balm, Peppermint lip balm and Nojmuk lip balm Third Row the prints 4. Replace current image display with a shadow box for 4 images underneath the product, like this: [login to view URL] The 4th one on the right will link to a video if a module is available (or image). Way to enter in phone orders by creating a new account (sometimes without an e-mail only phone number, first and last name, address, city, state zip and order). A module? 6. Phone number on all shopping cart pages if they are having trouble: "Need help? Please call us at (906) 322-2675 and we will accept your order over the phone" Let me know where these files are located so I can edit them as needed. 7. There is also a problem with shipping USPS shipping. Update to be better shipping module if required. We only use Unite States Postal Shipping. 8. Configured all current products with flex shipping (this is for the even the USPS is not working which for some reason happens with certain customers). 9. Captua on contact page and registration (easy to use, like 1 + 2 = 4) 10. In the same row at top underneath rotating gallery.
