We have an existing site with all code [login to view URL] We need another site developed very similar and have all graphics However the lau site is 'hard coded' whereas the new site will have 2 admin panels one for user and one for design different elements of the content will be maintained in these panels so we can configure for other clients giving us main control and user other limited control over content with user freindly interface control will be over resolution, text menu and images It must be developed and installed on our server and the coder MUST satisfy himself that the server is ok for this with regard to installed programs access etc as part of the bid acceptance site will be coded for linux server using mysql and php we will give access to phpmyadmin and coder must set up database, tables and unique user and pass for mysql ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
