Banners and Intro Page(repost)

Hello, i need three things done. This is a repost from a previous request that was mediated. 1) 1 animated banner in standard banners size (468 X 60 and 234 X 60). This banner will be displayed on other sites so it's needs to be catchy and atract attention. 2) Same as above but not animated. This banner will probably be on sites hosted by Red Line Services. Something nice and catchy. 3) I need an intro page (the first page my visitors will see when they go to (<[login to view URL]>) It's needs to have the new logo obviously. They need to be able to choose between French and English and between HTML and flash version. Something nice and creative would be cool! I will provide any graphics you need. I'll up the offer to 20$ for everything. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
