Few modifications (Fast) JQuery/Html Projectx

I need a few changes on my website. Heres the url: [login to view URL] 1)Transfer from [login to view URL] to -> [login to view URL] (URL transfer on same server i think) 2)Flags [En] + [Sv] needs to work (currently dosnt work) Fix something or teach me how to make it work 3) on appfolio page I want icons from the bottom on different place next to the phones (SEE ATTACHED PICTURE) 4) on [Who] page i need that the bottom part below first large image starts closed (press that button to open) 5) This is very important, the images are using some JQuery script, this script needs to be POLISHED, clean code... make it work flawless (currently its flawed because if i hold mouse over, the image is like a ghost and dissapears for a while). THIS IS HARD TO EXPLAIN... But this also is on Contact page on the buttons, and on WHAT page over the images... So basically make ALL HOVER over images work like Freelancer "Post a project" button. Pretty simple for an expert. My offer is 30$ and a 10 star rating for some small fast fixes. If this will take you more than few h you are not the right man for the job. Were looking for some JQuery Expert and not someone who will google for solution and complain that its not working. Skype Communication is prefered.
