I'm looking to scrape Loopnet for a specific city and would prefer to work with a programmer or vendor that has something they've already built and successfully used on a similar project. The listings would include all offices, warehouses, medical and retail spaces and would include the following attributes in a CSV: - Address - Total Space Available - Rental Rate - Min. Divisible - Max. Contiguous - Property Type - Property Sub-type - Building Size - Property Description - Location Description - Link to each image associated with the listing Again I want to stress the fact that I would prefer to work with someone that has already built a script and completed a Loopnet job in the past. I want someone that runs a script and is done in an hour rather than having to write something new.
