Need a simple data grabber for multiple clients forwarding the following data and forward it to domains

On remote end parse the same data thru PHP and save into mysql db with the given fields.

The GUI for java is enclosed

The code should be properly written and commented 50% will be released after testing of of server code and 50% will be release after testing php and mysql part
