Simple Add To Cart - Stripe Payment - Store Data -- 2

We have a one off event that we need to sell tickets for. Our in-house team are very busy so have asked me to get someone to build the basic's which they can expand on later. We need: 1) user chooses event by clicking on the correct page 2) user is taken to a single landing page with just a buy now button - discount coupon option 3) user enters name, telephone and payment info via stripe form 4) payment is confirmed and : a) data is stored in mysql database b) user gets HTML email with ticket details and generated code (will supply info) We need a very simple back end which: 1) shows number of tickets sold for each event 2) lets us enter a discount code This should all be done using the bootstrap framework and if possible Codeigniter This also needs done TODAY i.e right away This is at max a 3 hour job so our max budget is $50. Please don't bid more or you will look like a complete idiot and not only will everyone know you cant read but you will be forever known as Muppet Man!
